Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) new Flood Insurance Rate Maps
Landmark Engineering & Surveying Corporation is prepared and equipped to take the guesswork out of how FEMA maps and Flood Zone designations affect homeowners. We have extensive experience in the preparation of flood elevation certificates. We are also available for consultation regarding application to FEMA for a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for those portions of a community that may qualify for removal from the special Flood Hazard Area.
